On March 21, 2005, The Quiet gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

Archive.org,
I want to give permission for you to archive personal audience recordings
of live shows for public download and noncommercial, royalty-free
circulation for my band "The Quiet".
We reserve the right to change and/or revoke this permission in the future
if we deem it necessary. You will be notified if we decide to make any
changes to our live recording hosting policy.
